PUNTER TO WIN OVER $2 MILLION IF OUTSIDERS GET UP

Seriously, who would have backed both the Giants and Suns to win last week?!

At least one punter saw it coming, putting the Suns, Giants and Port Power in a multibet that is still live going into week two of Round 1.

The punter has picked every outsider for the round except for the Western Bulldogs (vs West Coast) and amazingly, the punter stands to win over $2 million for a $200 multi. In fact, he will win $2,580,869 if four of the five outsiders get up this weekend.

The remaining legs are Adelaide to beat Geelong, Essendon to beat North Melbourne, Brisbane to beat Hawthorn, St Kilda to beat Melbourne and West Coast to beat the Western Bulldogs with the bet coming in at odds of $15,228.

“This punter loves the outsiders. It is big odds to get up, but the fact that the bet is still live after the first weekend is incredible enough. Not sure what they have against the Bulldogs, they are the only outsider who they haven’t tipped!”

Round 1 week 2 preview:

· Geelong v Adelaide: The Cats have been the best backed team of the week, but the Crows aren’t far behind. There has been a handful of $1,000 bets on Adelaide, punters are thinking they are value at $3.30.

· North Melbourne v Essendon: The money was even earlier in the week, but punters are starting to come for the Roos and they have firmed slightly from $1.68 to $1.64.

· Hawthorn v Brisbane: The Lions may as well not even show up according to punters, with virtually no money for Brisbane. The line is set at 47.5 and punters don’t think the Lions will get close to it.

· St Kilda v Melbourne: The Demons are $1.55 favourites, but punters think it will be much close than that, with money virtually even for both teams.

· West Coast v Western Bulldogs: This is the most lopsided market for the week. No interest in the Bulldogs at $3.50.
