Top Perth apprentice Lucy Warwick is favourite to be the dominant female rider in Australia.
With the new season starting tomorrow online bookmaker sportsbet.com.au has Warwick at the top of betting.
The 17-year-old is $2.30 favourite to ride the most metropolitan winners, ahead of Adelaide’s Claire Lindop ($3.30) and Brisbane rider Tegan Harrison $6.50.
In the overall battle for Australian metro’ winners, champion Sydney riders Hugh Bowman and James McDonald share favouritism on $4.60.
Blake Shinn is next on $5.00, also equal with Perth premiership winner William Pike.
